Don unable to negotiate a rebuild with the existing provider, brought in a private service provider that built a fiber to the home system to the delight of the HOA and residents. 

 

Case Study V.

Tripled the Ancillary Income Offer

A Multifamily portfolio had received a service provider proposal for a large bulk deal with ancillary income. After it was given to InfoSmart to negotiate, InfoSmart was able to get 31/2 times the original ancillary income offer and negotiate a provider agreement that mitigated risk for the client.
