1981 – 1996
Jones Intercable
Served entrepreneur Glenn Jones, a pioneer in Cable TV, and Jones Intercable in Marketing, franchise acquisitions, new market development.
1997
DAC Media Consultants Inc. Formed
In 2002 DAC Media negotiated on behalf of Master-Planned communities totally around 30,000 residential units and negotiated on the behalf of Jacksonville landowners and developer’s telecom service provider agreements, which resulted in tens of millions of dollars in ancillary revenue for DAC’s clients.
2003
Corporate Vice President of Business Sales and Services, Comcast Cable
In 2003 Mr. Clark was recruited to serve as Corporate Vice President of Business Sales and Services in Philadelphia for Comcast Cable Communications, the largest cable operator in the United States with 24 million customers. Mr. Clark was charged with leading the national integration of the acquired AT&T cable markets, and the management responsibility of five Comcast vertical markets, including multifamily apartments, (13 million units), hospitality, student housing, military, and new construction master-planned communities nationwide. Mr. Clark negotiated with the large multifamily REITS cable deals for Comcast, the largest being a 50,000 unit Equity Residential agreement.
2007
Founded RealtyCom Partners, LLC.
2013
DAC Media Sells RealtyCom Partners, LLC.
At the end of 2012 after establishing RCP as the largest telecom consultant firm in the multifamily industry, Mr. Clark sold RealtyCom to his partner.
2017
Founded InfoSmart Partners, LLC (ISP)
Mr. Clark and DAC Media Consultants founded InfoSmart Partners, LLC. to serve the real estate residential single family, multifamily, and commercial industry for residential and commercial assets. The goal is to advise ISP clients and address the ever-changing paradigm and market shifts in entertainment, information and communications technology, services, and products. This full-service end-to-end consulting with ISP Partners encompasses the network infrastructure of Broadband, Wireless, and Cellular technology.
